Your responsibilities

As a Business & Configuration Analyst, your role is to ensure that all quality controls are in place for system enhancements and new product developments. You will work in close collaboration with the development team and actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies.

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to story estimation, challenge user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios, and identify possible risks and problem areas.
• Schedule and organize face-to-face handover demonstrations for each new feature and functionality. This requires a strong knowledge of internal processes and external interactions.
• Deep dive into all business activities within Ayvens.
• Proactively control non-regression when testing new functionalities.
• Continuously look for solutions to optimize the efficiency of the testing phase.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a Bachelor or a Master in ICT or a first professional experience in a same function for at least 2-3 years.
• Experience with Miles is a plus.
• You are problem solver & have strong analytical skills.
• You are client & results oriented.
• You are preferably fluent in English and have a fluent knowledge or French and/or Dutch.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are a team player & stress resistant.
