About the job

The Payroll & HR Coordinator will support the Payroll & Benefits and Human Resources Business Partners with all tasks to support them with achieving the HR team’s strategic objectives and ensuring the effective, efficient and fully accurate payroll management for the full Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland population (8 countries).

Job responsibilities

• Payroll Processing:
  • Collecting and verifying payroll, timekeeping and additional elements information (incl commission, transport etc), supporting with the processing of payroll calculations and deductions, and supporting with the accurate and timely payment of salaries
  • Supporting with benefits administration, ie. assisting with enrollment, changes, and terminations related to employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans)
  • Ensuring compliance with local payroll and tax requirements
  • Assisting with audits
• HR Administration:
  • Ad hoc HR administration support
  • MyHorizon projects support
• Employee Support:
  • Responding to employee enquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR administration, resolving issues, and providing excellent and prompt service
• Reporting:
  • Generating payroll and HR reports, analyzing data, and providing insights when required
• Record Keeping:
  • Maintaining accurate and organized employee and payroll files and records

Profile

• Professional experience and know how:
  • Previous experience in a junior HR or administrative role
