Your Responsibilities:

As a Business Consultant, your primary focus will be improving the experience of our advisors, ensuring they have the best tools and processes to assist customers effectively. You will act as the key link between business teams, technology teams, and external partners to ensure optimal solutions are delivered.

• Understand and influence the roadmaps of key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Analyze and translate business needs into clear requirements and process flows, ensuring alignment with advisor experience goals.
• Define and document business requirements for the platforms used by our advisors, ensuring clarity for development teams and external delivery partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to explore and implement innovative solutions that streamline advisor interactions.
• Paint the picture of our future to visualize user interface improvements and workflow optimizations for advisor tools.
• Drive solution design and validation, ensuring that improvements enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in customer interactions.
• Oversee implementation, working closely with the delivery partner on testing, validation, and the ‘go-live’ process.
