HR Chief of Staff

Job description

The Chief of Staff will support the Chief People Officer in his/her role, acting as the right hand and sparring partner, and owning the preparation of board and ExCom-level HR materials, providing ad hoc support governance preparation, communications and presentations, strategic planning, stakeholders’ management, meetings facilitation, and other activities on his/her behalf.

The role will be part of key leadership teams and will support strategic initiatives and their governance in those areas, as well as other organization-wide programs like for example in the context of M&A or operational excellence.


  • At least 7 years' professional experience in a management consulting, strategic project management, or HR operations role;
  • High level of integrity, trustworthy, able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information;
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects (incl. international cross-functional projects);
  • Masters degree in any relevant field;
  • Excellent conceptual and strategic skills, combined with strong analytical capabilities;
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments, with strong senior stakeholder management;
  • At ease in a fast-paced environment in transformation and to work in a diverse international environment;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization;
  • No specific HR knowledge is required, but a strong interest for People topics & challenges are a nice to have.
