A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business administration (MBA), with 5 years’ relevant experience;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in providing support to Senior Management or equivalent industry leader with over 350 employees in a large organisation with over 3000 employees (equivalent to the NATO Communications and Information Agency’s (NCIA’s) size);
Expertise in:
Business administration;
Business communication;
Business ethics;
Business strategy.
Expertise in using:
MS SharePoint;
MS Office;
MS Outlook.
Excellent communication and organisation skills;
High analytical and statistic skills;
Fluency in English.
Desirable:
Profound information knowledge management (IKM) and/or marketing knowledge and expertise;
Industry experience.
Duties/role:
Providing support to the Service Line Chief (SLC) to improve IKM, communication, marketing, and business administration;
Acting as the catalyst for all incoming messages, calls, and correspondence to the SLC, assessing relevance, impact, and priority;
Ensuring high quality of all documents for the SLC’s review and approval;
Preparing high quality briefings, repots, and correspondence to internal and external Senior stakeholders;
Preparing the SLC for Senior Management meetings;
Advising other admin staff on what is when expected from the Service Areas, in what format;
Training them up to deliver better quality products and managing changes;
