Position Summary

You will join our dynamic Corporate Operations Management Team and you will take care of office- and facility management across 10 European countries.

What will be your responsibilities

  • Office expansion: Searching new potential office locations in Europe, negotiation with local contractors, ensuring a timely opening of new offices
  • Ordering office materials, assisting with couriers and posting
  • Organizing and supervising the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities
  • Following up on e-mails, managing administration topics, checking invoices, etc.

What do we require

  • First working experience in a relevant position (office- or facility management) is required
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Clear communication and good time management skills
  • Knowledge of English (Business Proficiency)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • You are open to occasionally do business trips within Europe
