Description

The Talent Manager is a key member of the Global Centre of Excellence for Talent Management that supports the implementation of talent strategy, identification and development of talent in order to meet our business objectives. The Talent Manager will act as an advisor and subject matter expert in all areas of talent such as succession, development planning and performance management.

Reporting to Group Head of Talent Management, you will handle the following responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the global Talent agenda throughout the organisation, in close collaboration with the global and divisional Talent and HR community;
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes throughout the business, including goal setting, annual performance reviews and ongoing performance feedback;
  • Manage the design and launch of new Talent initiatives that will secure identification and development of current and future leaders (HiPo development programs, Mentoring program, Young Graduates programs, Assessments, etc.);
  • Create talent process training materials, such as succession planning and talent & performance calibration;
  • Initiate development programs for our people managers and HRBP’s so that they become effective in growing and developing talent from within;
  • Work proactively and independently to perform ad-hoc analysis of relevant company-wide talent metrics identifying and interpreting data trends to drive continuous improvement and make recommendations;
  • Identifies training and development needs to build organizational capability and enhance employee and managers understanding and awareness of D&I topics.

Requirements

  • Masters’ Degree in HR, Business / Economics, Organizational Development, or related field;
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Talent Management, or Human Resources functions with a regional or global scope;
  • Proven experience in designing and executing programs in capabilities development, talent management, performance management;
  • Proven track record and ability to influence and partner with business and senior leaders to successfully drive organization initiatives and gain their commitment and support;
  • Strategic and innovative thinking abilities. while at the same time remaining pragmatic and connected to what is required from the business;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse environment and within a global and highly matrixed organization;
  • Ability to develop, analyse, and interpret data;
  • Excellent writing, speaking and interpersonal skills.
