Mission

The Project Management Team manages IT infrastructure projects and programs for Candriam. There are two types of projects/programs, owned by:

the IT Production Services teams (e.g., migration of Exchange server on-premises to Exchange online, upgrade of the end-user’s platform to Windows 10/Office 365 or deployment of new videoconferencing rooms).
other IT Teams where we supply the underlying platform on premises or in the cloud (e.g., new accounting application, a new order manager system, a new application hosted in Azure).

As manager of this team, you will have to provide management and leadership to a team of senior project managers and plan/oversee some of the projects which will be in your portfolio.

Responsabilities

Responsible of the pool of project and program managers that are in the IT Production Services teams. This team is composed of internal and external project managers (currently 1 employee and 3 externals).

To deliver these projects, the PMs must liaise with other teams of IT Production Services, with other IT teams (developers, Project managers, testers, architects, security, etc.) and with our IT providers.

Profile

Senior IT infrastructure project manager having already done some team management.
Preferably already worked in the financial sector.
Master Computer Sciences
Good Presentations skills and assertively when needed.
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment.
Ability to understand and speak in English and in French; Dutch is a plus.
Customer oriented mind-set.
Impeccable Reporting capabilities.
Quality driven.
Proactive attitude.
Prince 2 certified.
ITIL certified
