Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Java Architect (Full Stack) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
• Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
• Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture;
• Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components;
• Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud;
• Assistance during relevant parts of development, testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.

Requirements

• University Degree in IT or related field, combined with IT professional experience of more than 13 years;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in architecture and design of information systems and in developing secure web applications;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Java with extensive use of design patterns;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SQL language and Spring framework and in relational databases, such as Oracle and MySQL;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in development of SOAP or REST web services and with Angular 2 framework and XML;
• Minimum 3 years of experience with JIRA and GIT;
• Excellent knowledge of interoperability technology (Service Oriented Architecture, web services, message oriented middleware, service-oriented bus);
• Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, business process analysis and modelling tools;
• Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud;
• Excellent command of the English language.
