About the role:

The Director Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in setting the strategy for finding and attracting excellent A-players and supporting our growth.

You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover top talent, by building and leading our Talent Acquisition Team, adapting our value proposition, and compelling our audiences. You'll educate and lead by example about great relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. We expect you to be experienced in leading full-cycle recruiting, direct sourcing and mentoring a recruitment team. Your keen observation skills enable you to identify talented individuals, and your unwavering dedication to assisting them in achieving success within our organization is remarkable.

What you’ll do:

We have an amazing quest that is not for the faint of heart, so buckle up:

  • Set the Talent Acquisition strategy and lead the team to grow our headcount in a smart and fast way;
  • Advice our Senior Leaders and align the business plans with the Talent Acquisition strategy, hiring plans, and a feasible planning;
  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecast models;
  • Determine metrics and ambitious goals and identify areas of improvement;
  • Mapp the market and exchange insights (collaboration with Employer Branding);
  • Guide inspire and mentor the team and hiring managers through qualitative and effective hiring processes;
  • Optimize our processes, tooling and recruiting techniques while keeping quality of hire as the #1;
  • Install techniques to identify and select high potentials/top talent and overcome bias;
  • Improve existing candidate experience, by monitoring and improving candidate touchpoints;
  • Stimulate a collaborative mindset with your vibrant and energetic personality.

In short, you elevate our recruitment to new heights.

How you'll do it:

  • You have succesfully led recruitment teams (>10 people) in a scaling phase between 100 and 500+ before;
  • You have rock solid recruitment experience yourself and always have your boots on the ground, no ego no elbow at our playground;
  • You know how to set up smart recruitment strategies, hiring plans, and talent pools;
  • You are curious to explore new technologies;
  • You show and teach profound interview skills and can identify A-players and high potentials;
  • You know how to optimize processes in an ATS. We are now using Greenhouse;
  • You are a great communicator and more importantly an active listener.
