Within COO and Consolidation team we are looking for a financial advisor to strengthen our team. The team is part of CoE Cost Management and Advice, which is managing end cost end to end chain (from Request to pay to forecasting). The team is specifically focused on the last part of the process, e.g. actuals reporting and forecasting/budgeting. We are looking for someone that takes ownership and makes it happen, that has an enthusiasm for helping others to be successful and a capability for always being a step ahead. Within CoE Cost Management and Advice, the teams are the cornerstone for financial insights and advice for the full organization. ING provides a wide range of financial services and products to support our clients as private individuals and as businesses, which range from Daily Banking, Investment and Mortgages for private individuals to business lending for mid-corporates and complex financial structures for listed companies.
You will join a dynamic team that provides regular reporting and strategic advice to senior management, while also maintaining relationships with various other internal stakeholders. Your role will be to actively engage with the respective products- and sector leads on what the business environment means financially and how they can act accordingly. You will be their financial compass! This will put you in the driving seat for the forecasting process and for providing ad-hoc analysis.
You deliver a robust and reliable financial reporting and thoroughly analyses the monthly financial results, to understand and explain towards the management deviations versus budget and changes in trends. In-depth analysis are made to support the business for strategic decision making and to further develop their business.
You will participate in the periodically forecast and the dynamic planning proces where you will act as a business partner to embedd strategic decisions into short and long term cost projections for your respective COO domain. You take ownership and ensure that irregularities are adequately communicated and dealt with so that the financial reporting can be timely and correctly delivered.
