The Specialty Rental Divisional marketing team is looking for a Pricing Manager, reporting to the Vice President Marketing. The successful candidate will be a key player in the business and a strong identifiable leader within the department. The role will require highly frequent interaction with the regional teams.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it

Your mission is to ensure consistent, profitable growth in revenues by fully leveraging all the capabilities of our newly reviewed dynamic pricing strategy, which must be fully synchronized with our new ERP project. You will need to identify objectives and strategies that drive actions, resulting in continuous improvement and growth.

The responsibilities will include:

  • You understand and evaluate pricing metrics and distribute pricing performance to the marketing team.
  • You develop and guide dynamic pricing strategy integration with Full ERP project and assist in the integration of additional pricing initiatives in the software.
  • You will establish and maintain standardized pricing models across all global entities.
  • You will introduce a new pricing review process to ensure a more systematic and structured approach where all the relevant factors are considered.
  • You constantly reassess the pricing drivers and levers in order to reflect our market positioning.
  • You will manage pricing optimization efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • You will ensure widespread user adoption across the global customer centers through training initiatives, regular communication, and the generation of actionable insights using dashboards and reports.
  • You will interact and coordinate with various contacts and departments across the globe.
  • You will cultivate a commercial mindset focused on value-based pricing and market dynamics, fostering regular alignment with various departments (customer service, sales, marketing, ICT, finance…) to drive continuous value creation.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have an academic background in Economics, Marketing or Finance or equivalent by experience.
  • You can look back on at least 5 years of experience which preferably includes proven price setting & pricing strategies experience.
  • You have a good understanding of the implications pricing has on the financial results and on the business.
  • You have well-developed analytical and mathematical skills.
  • You have a strong working knowledge of Office 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • You have very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), other languages are an asset.
  • Good project management and collaboration skills
  • Exhibit a pragmatic approach to streamlining requirements.
  • You are resilient who can cope with change in an ever faster moving digital landscape and who can spread this attitude of self-sufficiency.
