Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs;
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system;
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination;
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions;
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs;
  • Conduct new hire orientations and HR training sessions;
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans;
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Prior experience in an HR role or HR internship is preferred;
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws;
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software;
  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
