What to expect

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, analyse and document the business requirements accurately and comprehensively.
  • Analyse the requirements from a functional and technical viewpoint, participate in the feasibility analysis and cost-estimates.
  • Close collaboration with the team members to ensure a clear understanding of the functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams in the organisation (Security, Infrastructure, Network Architecture…) to ensure correct implementation and delivery of the services.
  • Collaborate with the application testers, help defining the test scenarios and provide help with manual testing and final qualification of the software releases.
  • Provide 3rd line support by proactively participating in customer case analysis, responding to customer queries, assisting the team in case resolution by digging into specifications/operational documentation/…, gathering/analysing log files and other relevant information.

What will make you successful?


  • University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.


  • 5 years of relevant experience as an analyst/tester/developer/customer support is an asset.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum development.
  • Familiar with the whole Software Development lifecycle (from requirements gather to final delivery in production and operation follow-up).
  • Knowledge about HTTPS, XML, JSON would be advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge about computer networking (transport protocols, firewalls, routers).
  • Basic knowledge/strong curiosity about IT security and resiliency.
  • Previous experience with applications in Cloud is a real asset.
  • Familiarity with relational databases.
  • Experience writing test scenarios would be a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills, able to translate business needs to clear requirements and find pragmatic technical solutions.
  • Good presentation skills and capable of clearly describing the problem to different partners (IT, business…).
  • Attention to detail and quality minded.
  • You find joy in customer interactions, and you seek to build a strong relationship with key customers.
  • Superb communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and wiliness to explore new business domains and learn about new technologies.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
