Payroll Supervisor

Job Purpose:

The HR & Payroll Supervisor will follow up and supervise a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients. The HR & Payroll Supervisor will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and onboard payroll of the most complex clients;
  • Process payroll of complex clients who require special attention;
  • Act as a team player and a strong leader for the team;
  • Be responsible for your client portfolio and manage it in cooperation with the seniors;
  • Maintain our training plan and continue to work on development opportunities for the team;
  • Training team members, answering questions from the team regarding complex payroll matters.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Dutch or French;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Proven experience in payroll delivery (at least 5 years);
  • Exposure to expat/international payrolls is desirable;
  • Responsible and organized;
  • Problem-solving attitude;
  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook);
  • Experience working with Prisma (payroll system) and Officient is a plus.
