Analysis and documentation of Business requirements;
Business model analysis, process analysis and business process modelling;
Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans;
Functional requirements and business cases analysis;
Risk analysis;
All these activities will require interactions with business stakeholders and with the IT teams as well as a strong participation in business and/or functional working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the stakeholders (IT and business).
Requirements
MSc + 13 years of IT professional experience;
2 years of experience in architecture and design of information systems;
2 years of experience in development of information systems;
2 years of experience with UML or CASE tools;
2 years of experience as Product Owner in an agile software development process;
Experience with relational databases;
Experience in web technologies;
Experience with Agile software development (refactoring, test-driven development, user story modelling);
Experience in UX analysis;
Good knowledge of information systems matters;
Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes;
Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.);
Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value;
Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites;
Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis;
Capability to speak to business and technical audiences and give high level presentations;
Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions;
Ability to apply high quality standards in the IS quality control procedures;
A good level of the English language is mandatory.
Essential skills:
Prior experience in the banking sector, with emphasis on resolution activities;
Participation in developing crisis management application(s).
