Now, for our growing Marketing Team, we are looking for a B2B Brand Marketing Manager. As the B2B Brand Marketing Manager you will be responsible for executing Aion’s overall brand communications and content strategies across a variety of full funnel media choices and consumer touch points both offline, online, in-product and in-branch. You will leverage brand marketing as a tool to strengthen Aion’s position in the market and drive membership/subscriber growth, specifically for our newly launched Business offering for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and sole traders (self-employed). You will work with our agency resources to drive world-class marketing communications. You will use the Test/Learn/Iterate model of creative development and communications, which means you will lead with creativity, but confirm it with a scientific process to ensure success. Working with your manager, the Director, Brand Marketing and your peers in Product, UX, Digital Marketing and Market Research you will be responsible for executing the overall brand marketing plans. While you will bring passion for great advertising and brand building, no idea is too precious that it cannot be challenged, tested and molded to fit in with business practicalities and financial industry regulations.
