As a Senior Manager, Digital Performance Marketing, you are part of the centralized Digiland cluster (E-com & Strategic Digital Key Accounts) team with the scope to define and lead Performance Marketing and influence Digital Content creation within Digital and constantly drive the implementation of new tools and tactics.

You contribute to the delivery of best-in-class services around traffic generation. Your analysis thus drives the reach of brand goals and contributing to marketing spent optimization. Within this role you will lead our eCommerce Performance Marketing and Content team covering our D2C eCommerce (Eastpak.com) across all European countries, as well as our marketing activities with our biggest European .com pure players and other .com players across Europe. You will deliver planned sales growth by driving traffic and revenue across the Eastpak digital pan-brand ecommerce landscape. On top of overseeing our performance marketing activities, you will be in charge of eCommerce Content and will thus work very closely with our Brand team in order to ensure the eCommerce team is influencing the digital content creation to the highest standards across all parts of the funnel.

Job Details

  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing team in order to ensure we communicate consistently, especially during big brand moments, across the entire digital universe
  • Set strategic priorities for marketing on the big pureplay platforms (Zalando, amazon and asos), execute flawlessly in close partnership and build strong relationships with their respective marketing teams
  • Align marketing creative with landing experiences/content. Ensure best presentation of our brands on the site, tell stories that sell AND build brand preference/differentiation
  • Develop revenue projections as part of our annual financial plan and quarterly forecasts that deliver planned growth and ROI targets
  • Implement and utilize best practice toolsets and frameworks that allow continuous optimization of organic and paid media traffic.
  • Be an active part in the development of necessary capabilities that the brand needs to meet current and future paid search marketing growth plans.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities and derive conclusions for the growth and optimization of Eastpak digital activities.
  • Work with a complex set of stakeholders to identify, assess opportunities for growth and efficiency within paid search and shopping, as well as across channels
  • Measure results of traffic generation activities. Utilize a reporting framework to evaluate dimensions such as awareness, engagement and purchasing behavior.
  • Optimize traffic generating channels and gather insights about brand awareness and ecommerce performance.
  • Prepare and share your findings with stakeholders across the organization in the form of channel forecasts, business cases and postmortems.
  • Implement new opportunities to drive growth through traffic optimization.
  • Optimize spend and performance based on continuous testing, identified trends and consumers insights
  • Act as final owner and oversee seasonal digital marketing briefing, planning and recommendation process organizing direct reports and external agencies to provide a recommendation to senior leadership
  • Be able to explain the impact of traffic on business objectives.
  • Work with business and markets in the optimization of traffic by using data analysis, providing training and sustaining ongoing communication.
  • Work cross-functionally with product domains and Brand teams to create synergies, address opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Build on quantitative analysis to develop insights for the communication with stakeholders

What you need to succeed?

  • 7+ years of experience in Paid Search, in-house or at a leading traffic agency
  • Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for performance marketing and traffic generation
  • Advanced experience with digital marketing in a brand environment
  • Data driven, strategic and innovative mindset
  • Experience in eCommerce
  • Proven ability to build long term relationships & communicate with a wide range of internal and external parties
  • Fluent English, both verbally and written
  • University degree in the field of Business or equivalent
