We are looking for a driven and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join the team. In this position you will be responsible for operations and data quality for all EMEA Warehouses. The position reports directly to the EMEA Warehouse Manager. With the direct support of Warehouse Coordinators and Supervisors, the role holder will ensure a complete alignment of Warehouse processes, best practices, and data information across the EMEA region.

You will join our Warehouse team and will:

• Implement processes and tools to continuously improve the overall performance of the department. Ensure smooth communication between EMEA Warehouse Management and Warehouse team on a regular basis to align priorities, targets, and operational requirements;
• Support the Monthly Operating Report (MOR) and KPI Meeting with the Warehouses (KPI target 98,5%) by maintaining reports and data under his/her responsibility up to date and accurate;
• Respond to shipment/delivery enquiries, advise any potential delays/impact in a timely manner and address resolution with relevant stakeholders;
• Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements and customer deliverables.

We do have minimum expectations we need you to fulfill to join the team, these are:

• At least +2 years’ experience in logistics and warehouse environment, one year of which should be involved with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP. Working in a multiple task-warehousing environment and experience with the ability to manage and motivate others is required;
• Experience with relationship between 3PL sites and inter-company customer service;
• Experience in Cold Chain and management of Supply Chain of highly regulated products;
• Experience in Pharma, medical devices, food, or regulated products supply chains.
